The kitchen team at Vitabella gives great importance to careful preparation of meals using seasonal farm products. Enjoy wine, olive oil, eggs, meat, vegetables, herbs and fruit from our organic cultivation.

In order to enrich the offer, we consider selected local businesses from the region.

On the terrace, under the open sky overlooking the vineyards and olive groves, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests and external visitors upon reservation. On request we prepare menus for vegetarians, vegans and all types of food intolerances.

The dining room offers space for about 30 people. During cool or humid days we are happy to welcome you inside.

On request we prepare menus for vegetarians, vegans and for any type of food intolerance. Organize your private event with us.

Cooking courses

Do you want to learn how to make fresh pasta? Laura offers cooking classes with recipes of typical Tuscan cuisine. Fresh products are processed in groups or individually and, of course, the prepared dishes are eaten after the course. Enjoy your meal! Buon appetito!

Our farm products

Olive oil

An oil of unmistakable quality, obtained from the “Olivastra Seggianese” olives of our trees, some of which are more than 100 years old. It has a fresh and fruity scent with herbaceous notes. It has a green color with golden yellow reflections, in perfect harmony between bitterness and spice.

Wine

We love our vineyards, the wines are the result of a respectful treatment of the soil and careful organic cultivation. The wines are made exclusively from our own grapes, the 4.5 hectares are mainly made up of Sangiovese grapes, as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. With pleasure we toast with you to the new vintage.
